Next Event! HGSNY’s Membership Meeting at City University of New York Dominican Studies Institute Archives & Library 160 Convent Avenue, near W. 135th Street N. Academic Bldg, Rm 2/202 New York, NY March 13, 2010 10:30am We will conduct our meeting first and then a short presentations are scheduled by: Staff of The Dominican Studies Institute Archives & Library HGSNY will participate at this year’s Genealogy workshop of the Interfaith Committee of the East Midwood Jewish Center and Our Lady of Refuge Roman Catholic Church March 14^th 2010, 4:00 pm East Midwood Jewish Center 1625 Ocean Avenue, between Avenues K and L. Car: take the BQE, Prospect Expressway (which becomes Ocean Parkway). Exit at Avenue J, make a left turn on Avenue J, go about 15 blocks to Ocean Avenue, make a right onto Ocean and go about 1.5 blocks south until you see a very large synagogue with 2 green domes on top. The event will be on the second floor.
